My self-summary

i'm polyamorous and bicoastal. i think too much. i'm intensely emotionally present and self-aware, and i laugh too loud (often at myself). i fantasize about going on wild adventure hikes thru mayan ruins. i really like mint chocolate chip ice cream (the green kind) and minty toothpicks. i also like metromint peppermint water. but i hate toothpaste -- when i was a kid i refused to brush my teeth (don't worry, i'm over that now!). i'm obsessed with pidgeons. i think compassion is the most important quality a person can have. i'm fatally romantic and prone to grand gestures. i'd call myself a sex radical if it didn't sound so pretentious. i sometimes like boys who sometimes wear dresses and i think taking it up the ass is a great way to affirm your masculinity (ymmv). i love radical faeries, art fags and MMA. i think punk and hip-hop have a lot in common. i like roughhousing. i'm an aspiring acrobat and study wall trampoline (youtube it). i'm obsessed with design and aesthetics, but i don't tolerate snobs. i like complicated people. i have a lot of tattoos. i like to do things that are very difficult. i have a very short attention span. i'm 39 but pass for 29, which some people think is a good thing but i find it annoying. sometimes i ramble. can you tell?

What I’m doing with my life

i'm an interactive art director. I spent many years building communications campaigns for community health orgs before grad school. i think a lot about starting my own studio, designing things that matter instead of selling toothpaste and credit cards.
